I always felt that Honda was the best of the best. But my last experience made me doubt your integrity. 15 min after turning in my car i received a text my car was ready.but we couldn't find my car. Several guys were looking for it. It took them about 20 minutes to find it and I don't think they did anything on my car. Like I say.. I doubt the honesty of the service. There was another lady complaining of a work/repair that she said they told her they were going to do and they didn't. So they took her car back.
This is my first time that I felt very uncomfortable at Honda

Had an appointment yet waited in my car for nearly 20min. after checking in as service advisors to the right of me were on their phones clearly ignoring me. The customer behind me was attended to before me which was puzzling. I clearly had the magnetic cone on my roof and was the only car left yet multiple service adv. walked past me without asking if I needed help. I asked the guy who kept telling me to move up if anyone was coming to assist me. He says “a service adv. needs to be assigned to you” . I preceded to ask “who does that?” Take in mind this was not a typical busy Sat. morning. There was no one in front of me when I checked in!
Finally I get someone to assist and the interaction was very cold and not very customer friendly. After I signed the receipt, she points at the copy on the counter with the copy I just signed and says “that’s yours”. Not even a “Thank you” just a blank stare as she handed me my key.
Will think twice about taking my car to Cerritos again. Don’t mind driving a little further to get “basic” customer service.
