Pagué por servicio de cambio de aceite y rotación y cuando recojo mi carro veo qué no hicieron la rotación,hable con la persona que me ayudo y me dijo que hiban a ver el video,me habla hoy y me dice qué vio el video y dice que si se le hicieron la rotación, y yo le pedí ver el video y se negó a enseñarmelo,mi llanta de el frente estaba con un golpe en el rin y la llanta trasera le faltaba el tapón de la válvula de el aire porque si hicieron rotación las llantas están donde estaban?

I wanted only oil and filter special at $54.99. The person I booked appointment with said she noted the discounted price. I was charged $59.95 and I was told no way to change it.
I think the app for review of work is misleading and difficult to understand due to misleading description of each service recommended. I was told I selected an optional service. I didn’t want that service. I feel I wasn’t treated well as a customer. I am not happy with Norm Reeves service and will look elsewhere to take my car and tell my family also.
