Very satisfied with my car service today. Robert was very helpful when I asked if my tires can get checked about a possible leak. I was used to a long wait in previous car services and this is the fastest one, a little over an hour! Overall, my service experience was great and will plan my next services with Robert. Thank you!

Service Advisor Robert Gonzalez was very professional and helpful in all facets of my service experience. He thoroughly explained the details of my service and answered all my concerns. He offered me a shuttle to the Cerritos Mall, he called me with the update on my vehicle and when it was ready for pickup. Robert also documented my service in the history book. I highly recommend Norm Reeves Honda for service, a helpful Honda dealership.
