Than was awesome, from the very beginning he was super helpful but especially when I picked up my car he explained everything so thoroughly. This has been the best service I’ve had yet on my car, super grateful that we have a place close now to home where I can take my car. I will be coming here from now on to have my car serviced. On the like score card which the tech could give you green, yellow or red. I got a red check mark on the engine filter and red means that it needs to be changed right away. So I want to know why you wouldn’t give me a call and let me know that the filter needed to be changed?

Service advisor lacked customer service skills, once vehicle was diagnosed he just told me what was found wrong and “let me know what you wanna do, your car is outside” no detailed explanation of what’s wrong with the vehicle or the severity of the situation, didn’t explain if it’s safe to drive and did not even hand me a business card or receipt until I asked for one

The advisor was not well knowledged. He was misleading about the required maintennace. After the inspection it was totally clear that those recommendations were value less. He was rude and even denied to give me a copy of the receipt in the first time. Truely unprofessional. First time ever got this kind of service at norm revees. Defintely when next time they ask if i have any service advisor in mind it will be anyone but not Aaron perez.

I had four new tires installed. There was grease all over my rims when I picked up my Honda. I think they should take the extra time to wipe down your rims. I also noticed my low tire pressure warning went off driving home so I reset it.
