Arrangement was made to pick up my keys for the car with the sales department. However when I got there no one knew where the keys was left at and Service department was closed. Very poor communication on Honda when it was already arrange for the car to be pick up.

Jonathan provide me with good customer service although the waiting time was a little bit long. I do suggest you bring back the shuttle service to alleviate the issue with customer waiting too long at the dealership.

He was very tentative and wanted to know my concerns. He was communicating with me then entire wait period while my car was being serviced. He gave me an estimated time and was actually finished by the time he gave. He was kind, courteous, polite and knowledgeable of what I needed to have done during my next visit. My normal service guy wasn’t available that day, but Anthony did an amazing job taking care of me. For that, I’m very grateful and pleased as always with my service.

I gave my car here for service and they said everything was good. They replaced whatever they said was needed. I even asked if anything else was needed and they said my car was fine. I started to notice something was off with how my gears were shifting a few days after my service, but I assumed it was okay since the worker said my car was good. Two weeks later I go on my trip back to phoenix and not even halfway through I get all the lights on my dash. It was 108 degrees outside and I’m in the dessert lucky I was able to find an autoshop not too far on a Sunday! The shop was nice enough to investigate my situation and came to the conclusion that the error codes were related to a software update that only the dealer can do! I had to turn around and head back home because I wasn’t going to risk breaking down in the deep dessert. How can a simple software update be missed?! You risked me and my family being stuck out in the heat. I wasted hundreds of miles in gas and even had to take time off of work to get this fixed. This was a big mistake and shouldn’t have happened. If you are going to say you will be inspecting my car I expect all software updated to be included in that especially if it risks my car breaking down. I shouldn’t have to return to the dealer in less than a month for anything. You even charged me for the initial service. How will I be able to trust what I am paying for if this is what I will get?
