I had a scheduled appointment for an oil service at 11am and was told by the Oscar that my car will be ready in 2 hours when I came back at 1pm and I noticed that my car was taken in for service at 1:40pm . I waited over 3 hours. If it wasn’t for Christina I would had to wait an additional hour. I understand that cars don’t get serviced at the exact hour of appointment but when I am being told that my car will be ready in 2 hours. I would expect it to be serviced by the time given.
