Since the moment I arrived I had a couple of questions and immediately felt like I was a bother to the rep. When I received an estimate for an extra part as it being my first time there for maintenance I went to the service desk and was waiting in “line” to be told that anyone behind the first desk were free to help after I was being stared at by all the “free people” and they never called me over. Finally when I got the text my car was ready I went to the same desks just to be asked “did you do it outside or in here” when I said outside the gentleman said “well go outside and look for him” went to look for the associate payed for the service and left. Next time I will be heading over to closer Honda dealer for maintenance support.

Yes I am HAPPY with LEO, he did great on his part, BUT I’m not happy regarding our HR-V. They have replaced the front right strut twice since we’ve had the car, AND they’ve had to replace a part in the drivers window twice now cuz it was closing to hard.
The whole experience costs me about 5-6 visits at about 2 hrs each time because of driving time, and my wife dropping me off & picking me up.
We are into 2 Pilots now, and the HR-V, so we are not happy with Honda AT ALL.
