Steve did an amazing job. He answered all of my questions and concerns. The best type of customer service I have ever experience from a service advisor. This person went above and beyond and updating me every step of the way. Great employee.

I spoke with gentleman named Oscar Ortega Jr. For the service listed in this email. He informed I would need to pay 800.00 dollars for the service my car required. I mentioned my warranty & was told I was not covered by warranty when in fact I was. I asked him to double check the system which he claims he did and informed me that I was not covered. I contacted the finance department and was told I was in fact covered. When I spoke to Oscar and mentioned this there was no apology for his mistake.
