It took to long for a simple oil change an tire rotation. There was a diagnostic test that was supposed to get done but it wasn’t for the second time, I was told that my car needed to be kept all day and possibly until Monday, very frustrating.

Micheal Barr was the worst advisor I’ve came across in Norm Reeves Service Center.
I had a 7:20am appointment. The appointments are treated as walk ins. Time promise was 10:30am. My keys were lost, I didn’t leave the dealership until 12:40pm. I purchased my car there and now I’m thinking about looking for another Honda Service Location. I’m disappointed with the customer service.

My service advisor Ruben told me he would keep me informed of the service being performed. No call I called 6 hours later and he told me he needed to keep my car overnight. The next day again no call, I called at 1030am to check on status, they told me he would call back. I called a few hours later again he would call me back. I called At 3pm again only to be told he did not come in for the day. They then told me the car was ready for pick up. I drive there with wife only to be told it didn't look like the car was done. Spoke with a supervisor and told her the story. She was able to find my car complete, I still didn't know if it was covered under warranty or if I needed to pay for services. Luckily it was covered under warranty.
So if you are asking how satisfied I was with service there?
No. Not satisfied. Im a pretty low key guy that understands things happen. But if someone says they will call or keep us customers notified, they need to do that! That is customer service!
In business you should not over promise and under deliver, and that's what I felt I received.
