We really enjoyed our experience with Trevor. He looked at what we needed and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need. Trevor was very helpful and we will ask for him in the future. Of our recent experiences, this was by far the most pleasant and positive experience.

Julie provided exceptional customer service. Only critique I have regarding the center is when I pick up my car. There’s no receptionist or check-in process. We just stand there by the rows and rows of service reps computers. Sometimes it’s fine if my rep is there but when my rep is busy or not at their desk, I’m just standing there waiting for someone to ask me if I need help. There should be a better and more efficient way of checking in to let our service rep know we have arrived and ready to take our car.

I get everyone is busy but I had my appointment at 2:20 arrived at 2:15 and a service write didn’t come up to me until 2:42. Almost 30 minutes waiting to get serviced. Mr. Pena was nice but overall I was not very satisfied with my visit.
