We had an appointment at noon for an oil change and I can't believe it took almost 5 hours.
When I made the appointment they asked me if I was going to wait inside and I said yes.
I didn't have anyone to give me a ride since the wait time was horrible.
When asked Honda if they could give me a ride they said no.
Worst experience ever!
