Miss Julie Canales rush me out the store during payment and ignore my questions and concerns. Did not honor my lifetime ???? warranty for wheel alignment. She said some work couldn't be done because lack of time. My car wasn't washed plus the mechanic knew one of my tires was bad (nail on tire) but didn't change my tire nor patch it at least

I want to let Joseph Vargas’s supervisor or manager know the following. Joseph has exceptional customer service skills. He went above and beyond his call of duty. He explained in detail all the work that had to be done. He never made my son or I rushed through the process. Although it was it was a significant amount of money, that had to be payed for the repairs. He found the way to help us out in every possible way. He needs to be compensated for the excellent job he is doing, and for making sure Honda lives up to their promise.
