My 2012 Honda Civic's TPMS light came on one hour after leaving the service center. I reached out to the Service Center and Trevor. Trevor asked me to send evidence of the TPMS light issue however did not communicate with me to solve the issue. I paid almost $2000.00 for this **** TPMS light to haunt me for the next year until I take my car back into service again. I always come to Norm Reeves Honda from SAN DIEGO because Norm Reeves is where I bought my car and I always have 5* service quality. Unfortunately this time around, I was disappointed with my service.
