I was not called about issues that my vehicle had and could have been addressed on the day of the appointment. I was not called when my vehicle was read. Javier had gone home and did not explain anything that was wrong with my vehicle. Someone charged me and didn’t explain anything that was wrong with my vehicle. I now how to make another appointment to service my vehicle for a leaking transmission issue. I am baffled by how incompetent some of these advisors are at your facility.

He’s a nice guy but I would not want him to be my advisor again. He Got attitude when I wanted to change oil only. Would not go to see him again. He did not even give me a discount.

I had a 1045 AM appointment which I did tell the advisor about. On the paperwork he marked it as “no appointment”. I didn’t notice it until later on in the day when I was wondering why my car was taking so long to service. I told my advisor I will be not be staying and was dropping off the car. He estimated 2 hours service. At 2 PM, I called in to check on the status. The front desk girl said my car was listed as “open status” and will check with my advisor. Advisor was helping another customer so she said he’ll call back. I never got a call back. I called again at 4 PM to tell the girl that I didn’t get a call back from my advisor. She checked on my car and told me it was ready for pick up. On my way to the dealership, I received a text at 4:29 PM that my car was ready! Another advisor helped me to finalize. I looked at the paperwork, which indicated that the service was done at 1:38 PM! This is unacceptable and poor customer service! I had to proactively find out the status of my car and it turned out my car was ready on the first call I made. Why couldn’t anyone have told me that when I called the first time?! I shouldn’t have to call again 2 hours later, at closing, to find out what was going on! I’m overall disappointed with how things were handled.
