Upon arrival, I was standing alone and all the other workers look super busy. I was waiting to be served with patient. Mr. Vargas noticed me just standing there and waiting to be helped, and he greeted to me and asked what the issue was about. He listened to me throughly and knew what the issue me and my car had. He explained what will happen and what he and the dealer will do to solve the issue with very kind words and great service mind. He communicated with me for two days until the serive was done. His service was beyond my expectation. I have been to many dealerships including other honda dealers. He is the best service advisor I ever met. Thank you.
