Steve Mendoza was awesome. He got back to me right away to let me know what was wrong with my car, I have really good warranty so it was covered. Since it took most of the day he got me a rental car. Awesome service I would highly recommend Steve Mendoza. Also, he was very courteous

I had a very bad experience. I had to go back 3 times to get my car back to working condition that made me feel safe. As a result of taking my car in for a recall part fixed. It was done improperly. My car stalled on me in the middle of a major highway street and my life was in danger. I also had to pay 178.00 to purchase a new battery as a resul of the poor work done my the mechanic who worked on fixing my fuel pump recall. I will never visit Norm Reeves Honda and I will discourage anyone I know to do so. I also experienced very poor Customer Service by the Manager Michael Vasquez who wasnt very empathetic to ky struggles or understanding of thr time and money lost as a result of me having to visit this dealership 3 times. I would like someone to reach out to me. I want to see how this horrible experience will be rectified as I have been Honda driver for over 15 years and deeply disappointed.

Unfortunately took me 4.5 hours (2pm) just for me to receive my car back, even though I checked in my car early in the day for servicing at 9:30pm. Had a regular a1/b1 maintenance and a break fluid change, and I recommend if I can use my own Honda brake fluid to reduce parts charges but it was disregarded. Therefore I was charged more for an genuine Honda item I already have.
