Your system is a joke. We make reservations for service and yet, we still have to wait 3+ hours because you’re very busy. Why ask for reservations, when you’re still going to be taking cars that didn’t have a reservation first. You should think of having a reservations line and a non reservations line, and priorities those that made a reservation. The communication between dealer and owner was terrible, and your service rep was very rude.

He told me you come to early not even 5000 miles.then I explained when I bought it,a dealer told me,when 3000 or 35oo miles oil change first time after 5000 miles.he said just second.he come back to me,he asked me you didn't buy it here. "Yes" if you want,I can do that... I wasn't happy.

Well as soon as I left I noticed that they didn’t reset my oil light had to go back to my advisor he took care of it. And I didn’t get the sticker that they put in windshield telling you when to come back. I guess I will just wait till it reads Maintenance required. Other than that everything was good service advisor was great. Thanks

What impressed me the most about Trevor was that I didn't even have to really tell him what was going on he had his little flashlight looked and explain exactly what I needed for my car.
