I hated the whole experience. Did not felt welcomed and felt that I was being forced and deceived into purchasing items I did not ask for. The superstore representative had a huge attitude because I questioned his service recommendations. Once my car a was completed and services were paid for the representative told to stand outside and that someone would bring my car to me. Well, after 10 minutes I had no car and decided to enter the lobby when I seen my car in the parking lot. At that point the representative was gone but I see my keys laying out in the open on someone desk. I am really questioning weather I should continue servicing my car Norm Reeves Honda.

He also took additional steps to ensure that I had knowledge about each service that would be addressed that day.
Lastly, he made sure to breakdown pricing and assisted me with prioritizing what services were non-negotiable as far as safety versus what services are desirable based on wanting optimal car performance and vehicle longevity.
While the wait was long, I appreciated his check in and knowledge.
