Robert Bautista should NOT be a service advisor. He has a terrible and condescending attitude. Without as much as looking at the car he has already started a list of repairs. He states the car needed a new timing belt, when it has no timing belt. A new water pump with a new belt when the belt is perfectly fine and replaced earlier this year at another Honda dealership. While tire thread was low it was still above 2/32 of depth. I was extremity unsatisfied with his experience.

Car was dropped off with the instructions there is a slow leak find and repair and it was not completed during service. Instead the car was returned with invoice stating that customer has declined service when I never received a call with the status of the services performed before returning. A single text was apparently enough notice to return the car with the stipulation of declined service.

Se tardaron mucho por el cambio de aceite y luego de esperar cuando maneje mi carro se encendió la luz de las llantas necesitaba aire no se porque si se suponía ellos Rotarian las llantas y revisarían todo y cuando llamo al dealer para decir lo q pasaba la persona q me atendió se le hiso fácil Desiree q yo buscara un taller mecánico porque el dealer ya hiva a serrar como cliente me moleste mucho porque yo pague 90.00 por un servicio y Lugo tengo q buscar yo como solucionar el problema pero no le hise caso y regrese al dealer y resulta q no se me quería ayudar yo expliqué y pedí se me ayudará soy mujer y no se nada de carros pues mandaron un muchacho el cual dijo q era q no le hicieron reset la verdad no se si en verdad ese Hera el problema pero la luz se quitó yo creo q si boy donde ustedes como cliente espectro un mejor servicio

They made me wait for hours getting my tires fix. I been observing that the service department wasn't busy and had veryfew customer coming in from 11-1pm afternoon hours. And yet the service took almost 8 hours. I even texted the service provider about my tires update, he was unresponsive and didn't bother to reply till my service was done. He also lied to me saying i would get 10% discount for the service repair and he was dishonest of what he said created some rubbish nonsense he was giving me the deal. I am greatly upset and not satisfied with the service miguel cabrera(service provider) he has given me and treated me. I was ignored the entire time and i been a loyal customer for a decade now ever since i bought my diest car from Norm Reevea honda. I've never had to deal with this poor service and dishonest the provider gave me on that day. He didn't understand i was having financial problem and working minimum hours and need my car for school. He gave me a big bills to pay at the end and didnt keep his words. I don't know if thats the type of customer service i'd want to have in the future. Sincerely, Loyal Honda Customer - Howard B
