Norm Reeves service used to be service oriented, efficient and a pleasant experience. All recent experiences have been badly estimated in connection with time and either have had too much inconsequential communication or none at all to the point of not being told there was a problem found but not communicated until we showed up 30 minutes after the “promised” completion time (having received no text or call for 4 hours after dropping it off). Norm Reeves service over promises, over charges and under preforms!
