We were told our service would take an hour or two over the phone. We checked in our vehicle at 9:20am and it wasn’t ready until close to 5pm. Unfortunately, we missed a charity dinner because of this. There are clearly multiple people who are working in the service department that were not working and huddled together on their phones looking at YouTube videos. I will never come back. Furthermore, after purchasing or leasing 3 consecutive Hondas, I have decided my next vehicle will not be a Honda.

As soon I pulled in, your service attendant asked me a few questions and asked me if I want a particular service advisor. Since my regular service advisor is not there yet I told him I can take whoever is available. Right away Joseph came to my vehicle and assisted me with my needed service. Since I took the earliest possible appointment, they were able to do the needed services as soon as possible. Job well done.
