Took my car in to replace my battery which was warranted. The mechanic broke the positive wiring that connects to the battery they never notified us of the situation when they released the car to my daughter. My daughter got stranded twice.Took my car back and the representative wanted to charge me 350 dollars to have my wire fixed which they screwed up on and broke it.They were not honest about the mechanic breaking the positive wire connection that goes to my car battery. Thats just bad business and tarnished the reputation of Honda mechanics and service advisors for not being honest to the paying customer
