I had done B12 service yesterday and my tire has not been changed and tire rotation was not done and I am not sure what kind of service was done. I have been coding this store for many years and now I have to question what type of service was done to my car and now I have to come back on my next day off to finish tire rotation that was not done. I waited 3 hours to get my oil changed. I saw my car parked already in the general parking and noone called me that it is done. I approached one of the assistants and the guys said he can't help me because he is helping another assistant help another customer. 2 assistants helping 1 customer??? But I see they were just chatting with the customer, taking their time to assist her. I am clearly upset at this point and the guy whom I approached very rudely told me "who helped you earlier? why don't you go to him?" wow! it's like I should apologize for disturbing them. When The 2 assistants were done helping the other customer at this point, the fat guy I approached first preceded to go on his phone pretending to talk to someone. and so is the other guy. Clearly he was just chatting with the other person on the other line. Then the guy who first assisted me- bryan finally called me. The fat guy said "there go to him" and pointed for me to go to bryan like I am a little kid. Bryan said he was assisting another customer and he just got done. My point is if they are supposed to only help the one they assisted to check in they should say that and second if the person who checked me in cannot cope helping another customer he should have asked for help. If the 2 guys in the front can help each other help 1 customer then another assistant helping 2 people can ask for help too. 3rd if you tell a customer to wait 2 hours if you know the service is going beyond that you should have the professionalism to let the customer know that there is a delay. I got to the store at 9:15 I got out at 1pm. good thing I am not diabetic or has health problems because you might have a bigger issue. I am concern of the elderly that would come here especially that your employees are rude and inconsiderate.
