3 days of trouble being in and out at this dealership. I was being told that the problem to my car was this then that then this. There was lack of communication until Mike helped me. Michael V was helpful as well. Oscar was not much help and once I started speaking with Michael, Oscar Ortega was getting attitude when I was saying that they did something to my car that made the dash lights all come on and my car was still making a noise and getting worse since day one at the dealership which was Monday. It was difficult to get a manager to speak with at first.

When I arrived I saw two client get there the same time as me. One before me and one after me. Both client left with their cars serviced already. Not once did the check in advisor checked in with me or my car the time estimated for my car oil change 3:10pm I complain 3:39pm was told 30 min more until it’s ready. Well I got my car at 4:30pm. My appointment was at 12:45 I was 5 min early for check in. It was my first worst experience I’ve had here at Cerritos. I just went in for an oil change nothing more.

The major problem I came to Honda service with was not resolved.
Main issues are the display freezing, unit restarting, whole system going down ending up with blank screens and etc. BUT “the technician still was not able to replicate the concern”. Once I left the dealership my apple car play froze within half a mile!!! ????????????????????????

Michael was not attentive to me he never not once checked in on me to give me an update on the status of my vehicle i had to go to him several times he originally told me it would be 2h and 30min but it was 4 hours which was way too long i seen other part associates checking on their clients but not him i was really disappointed i am going to another honda dealer next time

I’ve always gotten my services here at the Honda Service center in Cerritos and all of my other service advisors kept great communication with me in the past. I went in for an oil change only on a Monday, I was told it was only going to take 2 hours and like I said I’ve always came here for my services and it does only take 2 hours but for some reason it took 4 1/2 hours, no communication whatsoever from my service advisor at all. I had to call myself to ask when my car would be ready and they said it was read 2 hours ago. I did not receive a message from Miguel like I usually do from other service advisors in the past. They inspected my car and was told it was great and did not need anything done which I don’t get why it took more than 4 hours for me to get my car. I had to call instead of him calling me like he said he would, I go in person and he’s no longer there so someone else had to attend me. Not the best customer service this time, kind of disappointing.
