I was very disappointed to have made an appointment for 12pm on Tuesday July 27th and did not leave your place of business until 530pm. That is very unacceptable, when I was told the job would not take longer than 3 hours which was not better. I had to call off of work because your wifi service was terrible so I was not able to do my work. I was really upset especially I have been coming to Cerritos for over 10 plus years. Very disappointing

I arrived early to my appointment of 11 am. After checking in i was told it would be about 2 hrs. At the 2 hr mark i checked and my car was still parked in the same spot. Know i was waiting i expected an update. So i asked the rep and he came back with theres a delay. The rep then proceeded to tell me it would be about 30 mins. After it was done he called and said my car was done i paid and he said my car was outside. No inspection summary. No carwash. Meaning they rushed my oil change. No good customer service experience. Usually my rep texts me and gives me updates. Ive been taking my car to norm reeves since 2014.
