I specifically asked about having them reset the codes because my car battery had died and I didn't have the manual any more. This wasn't done and I noticed it when I picked up the vehicle but I had already been waiting a long time so I was just ready to leave. I was charged $160 to have them open the hood because it has been damaged in an accident and didn't pop open. When I picked up the car there was a big gap between the hood and the bumper and the next day when I moved the car in the driveway the bumper was starting to drop on one side and scrape the ground. So now I can't even drive the car. When I picked up the car there were two pieces in the passenger seat and I wasn't given an explanation as to why I paid to have my car returned in worse condition than I gave it to you in. The estimate I received was also really ridiculous there's no way I would have paid nearly $9500 for the recommended repairs and fluid flushes. I definitely won't be bringing my car back to your dealership in the future.
