Elmo the service advisor was not helpful nor enthusiastic about explaining anything when I asked questions regarding service information for the future. He was definitely not friendly or professional. I hope he was just having a bad day because I wouldn’t want him as my service advisor again.

You need to train employees from service department. Your supervisor as well . I would never buy another car from your dealership the worst experience every time I service or fix my car the mechanics should be under supervision they always leave something loose .
