Management should do better at scheduling appointments according to the employees capabilities. Instead they stress out the mechanics and make the customer frustrated.

Overall yes I was satisfied but It just took too long- I was waiting for 4.5 hours. Also I was missing the air pin from one of my tires, I told Joesph and I’m sure he let the tech know but the pin was not replaced ( I think it was missing from my last service appointment)

The wait time was insane, I wasn’t informed about the added wait time until walked over to ask about my car. Then they never reset my Odometer it still says 40% oil usage. This was insane I also had to search the lot for my car, which I feel I was being mistreated. My car was parked on the other side of the lot and I had to walk a distance to get into my car and fix everything up. Seat air conditioning? Not HAPPY AT ALL

The issue with my passenger sliding door has never been resolved. I have videotaped the issue and shown to service advisor but they are always unable to recreate the problem I experience every week. Very frustrating to have purchased a brand new car that never functioned properly since inception.
