I had an appointment which I arrived 40 minutes early for. The advisor, Manny told me it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. Not thrilled but ok. I returned 2 hrs later and was told by another advisor it would closer to 3 hrs. At 3 1/2 hrs I went back to find out it was another 10 min. When I asked Manny about having an appt and it still taking almost 4 hours he told me it was first come first served. That if I didn’t want to wait to come at 7am and be the first, second or third. Again, I asked what the point of an appt is and he again said they take the cars as they show up. I get home to find out that they didn’t even reset the oil sensor. Makes me wonder what other short cuts were taken. This was truly an unpleasant experience.

Steve Mendoza really provided an awesome client experience. Honda is always in the blue shirt commercials and the radio commercials where they help people. Well Steve demonstrated that behavior by helping with the cost of a large bill for many repairs by reducing some of the cost and providing a free vehicle loaner. I was glad I was a Honda owner. It’s this kind of behavior that makes a client come back when seeking reputable and dependable service. See you on my next visit, where hopefully only an oil change is needed - Lol.
