My vehicle had a 10:45am appointment, and an estimated completion time at 1:00pm. I did not receive any updates from my service advisor, and after two calls to the main service line, I was told that he was at lunch. My vehicle was finished with its oil change a little after 2pm. I was late in picking up my children from school because my vehicle was ready later than what was scheduled.
