Thanh provides excellent custom service! He was attentive from the start, called me to keep me updated on my car, and gave me the best price possible by applying a discount. My car was actually ready earlier than expected and the problem was fixed. I’ve had Thanh as a service advisor before and he is always outstanding!!

I am very grateful for today's help from Mr. Trevor Rodriguez. I've had my car keys vandalized twice in a year. The last time I went to Cerritos Honda, the service staff did not explain to me about the rekey, but only told me that I needed to replace the lock, which cost more than $500. I just learned today that I can choose to rekey, or not. Today, Mr.Trevor Rodriguez explained to me in detail the specific content of today's lock change, and finally I chose not to rekey. I just want to say whether to do rekey or not, it doesn't matter in itself, it's just that the needs of the customers are different.
