I had an appointment at 12pm and my car wasn't ready until 5:14pm even though the part was there in advance of my appointment. I also switched back & forth between advisors, and though they were very helpful, it became a bit confusing as to who I should follow up with. Finally, the technician misdiagnosed the problem because the initial issue with the car still exists. For these reasons, I am not completely satisfied.

Cars are not checked in according to arrival time. Waited over 30 minutes watching cars that arrived after me getting checked in after they waited only a few minutes. Asked 2 different employees if I was in wrong line and they said no. That cars get a ticket then they will be seen. Cars behind me were checked in. When an attendant asked me to pull foward I asked again when I would get checked in. He went to check and said that the person assigned to me had disappeard and they did not know his whereabouts. Maybe it was because I was getting something that was covered under warranty and there would be no sale or just poor organization. The check in process needs to be reviewed so that cars that arrive 30 minutes after an initial car does not get checked in before someone who has been waiting there for over half an hour.
