I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and the day before my scheduled appointment my car produced a trouble code. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment and let Robert Bautista know that I also had an Emissions System Problem trouble code. Robert explained that it would need to go to diagnostics and would take longer for my service visit and it was well worth the wait for peace of mind. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the very professional and courteous support and service that I received. I will highly recommend the service department at Norm Reeves Honda of Cerritos.

The service advisor, Joseph Vargas, made all the difference in feeling like I had a positive experience. He was knowledgeable , prompt, friendly, and even went out of the way to make sure he lived up to the “helpful Honda” name. He helped me with something that I forgot to initially ask about (wiper blades and fluid). My previous couple experiences at Honda Cerritos did not go as smoothly, but I will return and ask for Jospeh Vargas to be my service advisor.

I was not notified when the service on my vehicle was completed. I had waited two extra hours from the “Quick Lube” service that was scheduled. Had I not looked outside the customer parking area I wouldn’t have seen my vehicle parked there. When I approached a random service advisor there was no apology or empathy when I voiced my concerns about not being notified and loosing a personal day to have my car serviced. This was bad customer service. I don’t know if I will be customer anymore at Norm Reeves Honda. To add insult to my time lost. I finally get a text message advising me my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was already at home for 30 minutes. This further soured my feelings towards todays visit. I wonder what type of apology or follow I will get from my comments after today.
