I will be writing a formal letter as well with pictures. The representatives were amazing, however, I felt that I paid more on my tires than I should have and also when the car was returned to me the new tires were dirty and covered with sealant. It looked like I had been given old tires. Also, I waited longer than I should have because no one told me my vehicle was ready it wasn't until I got up to check with the service representative and he realized my car was already ready.

I am an elderly lady with disability and usding a walker.Sept 30 2022 11:00 apptn for my change oil. I was approch by Bryan Salas at the line because my service advisor was busy, he told me to follow him si I did fir the paper workOk I said I will just wait at the lobby, , 2 hours pass i went to the service dept to talk to him to ask of how much longer do I have to wait, he told just a minute,I waited he did nit get back ti me, I went back to the service dept. he ignored me and went out to the door never cane back, Robert Bautista was very helpful on the release of my vehicle but with Bryan Salas I was so disappointed to treat your customer this way specially that I am an elederly person with disability. , so very disappointed to that fir many many years that I bring my car for change in Cerritos this the first time I experience waiting for 4 hours just fir change oil and being disrespecful by a service advisir Bryan Salas. I wish that you can hired somebody that know hiw to resoect your cystomer specially elderly with disability. Thank you.
