When asking to speak with a Manager, the rep made it very difficult. I can appreciate that he wanted to address a question / concern but after repeating several times that I wanted to speak with a Manager it became uncomfortable, somewhat confrontational. Maybe he was following the direction of Management. Either case not a good feeling.
