I would suggest you warn customers about the tire report that they will receive that isn’t accurate. I called after receiving the report & was told to wait for the actual visual inspection by a technician. I did notice that rocks, paper, leaves, & trash were laying on the unit you drive over to get in line for service. If that is the unit that generates this confusing report perhaps cleaning it regularly would make for a more accurate reading or just shut the unit off to eliminate the confusion or in our case alarm.

Second time i go for a maintenance and they mess up something else. Last time after recieving the car it shut off in the middle of the street because they left something inside at least thats what they said. My wife was the one driving that day she almost got crash because of it shutting off in the middle of the street. Today they did the maintenance and fix something that was wrong with the ac, and got home and my trunk doesn't open. It was working just fine until today. The car stay there the whole day. From 9am to 4pm. They fix something and mess something else.
