I was not satisfied with my advisor. I have an appointment at 10am. She didn’t deliver to the promise time for the vehicle to be completed. On the paper that I signed she put the vehicle will be finish after 2 hrs of receiving it. I waited for 2 hours and no update. I waited for another 40mins because I understand that sometimes you guys are busy. I follow up after 40mins and she said to wait for another 15 mins. My concern is that she should be giving me updates. How will I know how much more time they need for an Oil Change!
