That day was terrible, I understand it was a busy day, but my vehicle was promised at 1 and I didn't leave the dealer until 5. This delay was due to neglect, the person helping me never followed up with me to let me know my vehicle was ready. One of the worst experiences I've had here and I never have anything bad to say about tbis location, but I was terribly disappointed with how my situation was handled.

My service appointment today with Julie Canales was excellent. When I arrived I was quickly greeted by Julie and my car was taken in for service. Julie was very professional and courteous. This was my second visit for an emissions system problem check engine light and Julie was very attentive and interested in resolving the issue. In addition I received a notice upon arrival that my car required an alignment service and this was added to my service. I'm very satisfied and pleased with the service support I received.
