IT took three and a half hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. And I was reminded three times that I was told the truth about how busy you were. Also, when I mentioned that I had bought the tiresand that my rotation was included, the service person went to check to see if I still had the same tires...insinuated I was lieing. Terrible experience.
