After three hours waiting for oil change, they left my car at
parking lot, no call no messages to let me know. When I went there to check it out , the service department closed, I have to find the way to get home. The next day afternoon, I received the text said that my car ready to go home. I’m very concerned about the service. Hopefully it won’t happen again next time.
