I am 50% satisfied with my service. When I brought my car in on 9/21, I didn’t receive a text that it was ready until after I called in which my car had been at the shop for about 6 hours and 15 minutes. After retrieving my car, it drove okay for a day and shortly after, on Sunday 9/25, all its lights appeared as I was driving and I had to get it towed back to Norm Reeves Honda. I am 50% satisfied with the service mainly because of how professional my technician (Manny) was and how i did not have to pay for the second diagnosis. However, after the second diagnosis where my vehicle was categorized as intermittent failure, I feel like I haven’t received a direct answer to understand what’s going on with my vehicle. Manny explained that the technician that diagnosed my car said that they inspected my computer system and that the readings were within manufacture specs, and that they simply reset the codes. As I drove home I felt unsure about if the actual problem got fixed and am hoping my car does not stop / need to be towed to Honda again.

Ruben was very nice and professional. The service was great and my car was ready before I expected. However there were grease stains left on the paint in the front part of my car. Because of the damage this could cause to the paint I would suggest more care be placed in making sure grease isn’t left on the paint.
