Excellent service! I got one of the free 2 year/24,000 mi service and
I waited on my truck. It took about 25 minutes. Great time.
Although I didn’t eat or drink any of the available snacks it was nice to have them available.
Again great experience!

I made an appointment for 930 to have my truck serviced and the recall taken care of, which when I made the appointment I was told the recall issue would only take about ten minutes. I then mentioned a check engine light to be checked as well. While I understand it's a little more time to hook the computer up and read the code they did not do any repairs to my truck. I say all this to say I was finally getting in the cashier line at 12 noon. I feel like there was no reason for me to make an appointment, which I had done that day because I had a meeting, which I missed. I am very dissatisfied with the length of time it took to get my service done.
