Although Daniel was unable to completely resolve our 4 defective tires issue on our brand new truck, he allowed us to escalate the issue to his service manager. After speaking with the manager (I do not recall his name), he thoroughly looked over our truck again, and even compared it to another truck of the same year. The problem was completely resolved at that point. We are very pleased with the outcome and the way we were treated by the service dept.
