I purchased my 2016 Yukon from you guys a few years ago. I have been a loyal customer for years. I went to get my passenger tail light replaced because it went out and my total was $700.... for a tail light. I’m unhappy with this. I understand this part comes from GMC but it is insane that I can pay 50K for a vehicle and then get charged this much for a tail light.

At the checkout counter this morning, I asked the lady if I had another free oil change. With an attitude, she promptly told me, “No, the 2019’s only get one.” I said, “Ok, well can you look on—“ the lady standing next to her interrupted me and said, “The 2019’s only get one.” What I was trying to ask was if I had another one on my account because the last time I had my vehicle at Everett for an extended period of time for service on it, the service representative worked with me due to the unexpected time period and if I’m not mistaken, I thought he gave us another free oil change. I could be mistaken but all I was attempting to do was make sure this morning and I was treated very disrespectfully and like an nuisance. I did not appreciate it. I promptly paid my $69 bill and left. Can someone please advise on this?

After returning home I found two screws in my passenger side floor board that belonged to the cabin air filter cover and my passenger side front valve stem cover was missing. This is the second time I’ve had issues with the cabin air filter screws. After a previous oil change at Everett I discovered a cabin air filter screw and an air filter box screw missing. This laziness seems to be the rule not the exception. As for my service writer Adam, he was great, no complaints.
