I had scheduled to have a recall fixed, oil changed and door dings (no paint needed) fixed online. I was attending a training at the Benton Center and needed someone to drop me off or a courtesy car to use. I had to ask someone in the training to come pick me up and drop me off. I only had the recall and oil changed. They told me I would have to bring it back for the door dings. I have purchased my last four Yukons from Everett for the service and customer care. I live one and a half hours away and needed the work completed the day I requested.
