Wait weeks for part to arrive, delayed due to strike at factory. Part arrives and I am called to make appt. made appt for 7:30 today. Arrive at 7:29. 40 minutes later I’m told the technician is really backed up and it would take late in to the day instead of the 2 hours I was told up front. Was told I would have to reschedule because they were slammed. Why did I make an appointment, isn’t that what they are for?

The team really went above and beyond to take care of us today! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and I had my six year old with me. they were super busy and told me upfront it was going to be about a two-hour wait. I appreciated the honesty! then they offered to shuttle us to Target which is a much better way to spend 2 hours with a six-year-old! They came and got us when my car was done and kept apologizing for the long wait. When you're treated like that, the wait is not a deal! I will never go anywhere else. You guys are amazing!
