I was one of the earliest cars in, around 6:40. Out of the (3) lanes I was the second in the row closest to the service desks. So at most the sixth car. I was standing outside my car as was others. The service attendent walked out the door and was walking past me to the middle car until he saw another service man get to him first. Also as I was waiting others that came after me service was completed at least 3 people. I over heard they had the same services done (oil and tires rotated) as I did $69. This was very disappointing from start to finish. My other service at Everett have been pretty good, but yesterday was disappointing.

I waited for to talk to someone about my car and a loaner for over 1 hour and 30 minutes. I received a loaner that was not like the car I own despite signing a contract that says I receive a Yukon as a loaner. Justin, the loaner assistant, was very rude and not timely. He was not helpful at all. The loaner car I also received smelled like smoke. We called many times about the status of my car and since Adam was gone they gave us minimal information. Despite who is working, I should be able to either have my car fixed or receive information about it.

You had my truck from November 5 until today Monday November 25. The only time that I ever heard from anyone was when I called to check the status.
This was unacceptable. I had made an appointment on the morning of the 5th and no one called to let me know that you all were short handed or to make another appointment. I waited for 2 hours before anyone even let me know that they could not get to it.
Stanley never once contacted me and I left a message with Mr. baker and never heard from him one time in the 3 weeks that you all had my truck.
Everyone is extremely friendly and nice, but that does not make up for the lack of communication that I have experienced with your service department.
