Mason was very kind and helpful. However, I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour to put the new tires on. Then after two and one-half hours I went to check on the progress and was told it would be a few more minutes. I like doing business with local merchants to support you guys, but if it’s going to take two and one-half hours to complete the job, tell me that on the front end. It’s better to under promise and over deliver, than to over promise and under deliver. It makes for a very frustrating experience.
