Adam indicated this appointment would take 1.5 hours so I planned my day and sons Dr. appointment around that. Waited close to 3.5 hours. Had to reschedule my whole day. I would expect a brake job to take awhile, but felt like some communication was necessary if it was gonna take longer than indicated. I did receive a text about 2 hours in, but it was about something else that he indicated wasn’t happening while they had it in the shop. I text back asking for an update and never got a response.

No complaints on the service at all. The wait time was dicie. For oil change tire rotation and cabin filter. I was there from 11:30 -2:50. I was told it would be an hour and 30 to 45 min wait. I thought I'd be done buy 2 at least. Missed one meeting at 2 and was almost late for the other in Russellville at 5:30. Not angry by any means. Just need to give updates and options when it goes beyond expected wait times. Still love y'all.
