I continue to have problems with the shifting in my transmission. I am told this is a normal occurrence as stated on the invoice but I do not believe that it is and I believe that this transmission will fail on me after my 60,000 mile warranty runs out. I will be contacting the general manager this week to determine my options moving forward.

1--Having two trucks. The last couple of times I've been in for service, it has taken longer than normal. 3 hrs for oil change and tire rotation!
2--After leaving today, I couldn't help but wonder, if I'm up to date on other maintenance recommended items/intervals. Service rep letting the customers know/recommended.
3--LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW AS SOON AS VEHICLE IS COMPLETE, ABLE TO PAY AND GET OUT SOONER! While sitting in the waiting area today, heard other customers complaining about this today.
